GOAL – The campaign goal was to focus on building the brand within the community, and to create brand awareness. Mutual Savings Bank had been established in the community for many years, so we had to think outside the box when it came to creating more brand awareness.

Challenges

There were a number of challenges presented with this campaign. In order to best achieve the clients goals, we had to think outside of the box. Since the client was already established within the community from years of service, we had to find a way to reach new customers, while also continuing their branding efforts. We decided to implement Internet radio, the Spotify platform in particular.

With Spotify, several challenges were presented; Would Spotify reach their intended audience? Is Spotify/Internet Radio a viable option to include in a long term marketing plan?

Strategy/Results

In order to push the brand throughout the county, we chose to focus on Spotify streaming advertising. Four different audio ads were accompanied by the image ad above, and rotated on a monthly basis in order to saturate the market. The monthly budget was $1,350. This gave an excellent base for increasing frequency of the ads, in order to get that top of mind branding. The results below are an accumulation of a full year of audio ads in 2021.
