Partner Success Story – Greenfield, Indiana

This campaign is a part of a continual year over year campaign. Below are the results of 2021 advertising.

Multiple routes, for an overarching goal.

This campaign goal was focused around increasing traffic to the website, and overall, increasing the number of attendants at the Boots and Bourbon event. In order to do this, we utilized multiple mediums to serve ads as you will see below.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Adults, ages 25 – 65+ years old. For the Facebook portion of the ads campaign, we targeted a 17 mile radius around Greenfield, IN. For the Geo-Fenced ad, we chose 28 locations around central Indiana to fence. As this was an ages 21+ event, we fenced specific breweries and wineries etc. For the Spotify ad, we chose zip codes around central Indiana to target.

 

Challenges

The main challenges for this campaign centered on increasing the event traffic. We wanted to make sure that our methods would results in more event ticket purchases, as well as peaked interest within the community about the event. Another key challenge was to see how effective our geo-fences would be when targeting specific locals. Would we get enough traffic from those fences to justify the method?

Our Plan.

In order to reach our intended target, we utilized several ad platforms for this campaign. We started with a traditional Facebook campaign, and ran a Spotify audio ad campaign simultaneously. We also employed a geo-fencing tactic, where we fenced around 28 different breweries, wineries and local pubs. We used our geo-fence to serve ads to those who passed in and out of those fences. The idea was to capture frequent pub goers, and enjoyers of craft spirits.

Results.

Through our strategies, we were able to increase the overall number of event goers from the previous year.
